Manager of Constituent Engagement and Development

The Manager of Constituent Engagement and Development will play a key role in fostering and enhancing relationships with The Tree of Life’s constituents, ensuring their engagement with the organization's mission and vision. This position is responsible for overseeing outreach efforts, managing logistics for public-facing events, and working closely with the Chief Advancement Officer to support development initiatives. The role will require strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and a collaborative spirit to help drive the organization’s engagement strategy.
